CFBT WOD:

In teams of two complete the following for time:

50 Hollow Rocks (back and forth =1 rep)

50 Overhead Lunges (45,25 plate, each leg counts as 1 rep)

50 Medicine ball cleans (20,14)

50 Dumbell push press (20,35)

 

Twenty minute time cap.
