Skill: 7 min handstand work: work on HSPU, HSPU on paralletes, and Kipping HSPU. If you can already do all of these skills, work on being more fluid in the kip.

1. 1 mile run

-Rest 3 min-

2. 10 minutes to work up to a 1 RM power clean
