Five minutes Turkish Get-up practice (slow and controlled)

WOD:
“Helen”

Three rounds for time of:
400m Run
21 Kettlebell swings, (55,35)
12 Pull-ups

Focus:
Tabata L-Sit

Brain displaying the front rack position. Elbows up and forearms parallel to the ground. The bar should be resting on the body, not held out in front of you.

    Nate however rocked the house. 7:47 which is a new PR for him. Animal.
