Skill: 2×15 Glute Bridges

Squat Cycle: Week 7, Day 2

1. Back Squat: 1×4 @ 70%, 1×4 @ 75%, 1×4 @ 80%, 1×4 @ 85%

2. Front Squat: 1×5 @ 60%, 1×5 @ 65%, 2×5 @ 70%

Non-Squat Cycle:

1. Press: 5-5-5
2. Back Squat: 5-5-5

All:  3×5 L-Pull-ups
