5 Weighted Ring Dips
12 Bent over Barbell Row (Heavy)
20 Banded Triceps Press Down

WOD: Four rounds of:

400m Run

Rest 2 minutes.  Score is total time, minus rest.

Focus: Spend five minutes practicing handstands or handstand walk
