Skill: 5 Minutes L-Sit work

WOD: Every minute on the minute for sixteen minutes:

Odd minutes: 15 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls, (115,75)

Even Minutes: 15 Kettlebell Swings (72,55)

Do you have friends who are interested in CrossFit, but are a bit intimidated? Our 8 week Bootcamp series is a nice introduction into functional training but without the weightlifting component.  Next Bootcamp starts Monday!
