Skill: 5 minutes Turkish Get-up work

WOD: “Diane”

21-15-9 reps of:

Deadlift (225,155)

Handstand Push-ups

Emmanuel setting up for the snatch balance.  Remember keep your elbows as low as you can get them so you can drive the bar straight up.  If your elbows are pointed back (rather then down) you will push the bar out in front of you.
