Feeling beat up today.
Deadlift 225#, 20# below previous 1RM. Tired back. Helen , 11:31, ~2 minutes slower than previous 1RM. Back and lower posterior chain/ hips feeling very used from previous days.
DL- 410# (pr)
Helen – 7:32 (pr)
Didn’t push hard at all on DL, did 315# and felt good
10:52 Helen, really pushed it on the run, but couldn’t do the KB’s and PU’s unbroken… missed previous PR by 30 seconds
