CrossFit Coach Job Description
Expectations and qualifications:
An amazing attitude
Three-Four days a week availability
Must do CrossFit workouts 4-5 times per week
Level 1 Certificate (copy to be kept in personnel file)
Prefered but not required:
2+ Years CrossFit training experience
3+ Specialty Seminars/Certifications
CPR card/AED course completion (copy to be kept in personnel file)
Competitive wage, based on experience level.

Steps To Inquire:
Step 1 Candidate will submit a resume and list of references (three business & three personal).
Step 2 Candidate will schedule time to be interviewed.
Step 3 Candidate may be asked to coach a CrossFit class (or classes) as a means of being further evaluated for the position of CrossFit coach. Management will offer ‘backfield’ support throughout this step… as well as extensive feedback regarding coaching cues, class management, set-up, organization skills, basic movement principle(s), presence and attitude at the culmination of said class.
Step 4 Candidate may be asked to participate (as an athlete) in 1-5 CrossFit group classes.
Each step will be based on our assessment of the last. We hope to have this position hired by January 1st, 2013. If the process takes longer than we expect or if we need more time to groom and/or better prepare said candidate for the rigors of being a Coach at CFBT, we will most certainly extend that time frame.
