WOD: Alternate between the following for time:

Deadlift: 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 (225, 155)
Box Jump (regional standard): 20-18-16-14-12-10 (24, 14)

Accessory: 1 min max distance prowler push.  Guys 45’s on each side, girls 25’s.
