Accessory: Tabata Overhead Barbell Hold

GroupmobilityCoach Meg taking the 5:30pm class through some cool-down mobility.  Remember, cooling down is just as important as warming up.  Take a few minutes after class to mobilize, and stretch.  Your body will thank you for it!
