WOD: In Teams of two complete as many toe to bar as possible in 15 min:

Partner 1 will start on the Dumbell Complex (guys 55, girls 35):
*One rep of the Dumbbell Complex =
Start from the plank with dumbbells in hands
Right Arm Row
Push-Up
Left Arm Row
Push-Up
Jump to standing
Dumbbell POWER CLEAN
Front Squat x 2 reps
Push Press x 2 reps

Partner 2: As many reps as possible of Toe to Bar

Partners will rotate when Partner 1 completes 1 round of the Dumbell Complex.
