WOD: In teams of two with one person working at a time:

Complete the following complex as many times as possible in 10 minutes of:

Power Clean
Right Leg Front Rack Lunge
Left Leg Front Rack Lunge

RX: (135, 95)
Partner completes one round of the complex then switch.  Partners must switch back and forth after each completion of the complex.  One partner cannot do the complex 2 times before switching.

Accessory: 3×15 Weighted Sit-ups
