WOD: Complete the following for time:

800m Run

30 Clean and Jerks (power clean is ok)

800m Run

Choose your load for this workout.  You can go a little heavier and know you will be slower, or go light and fast.  The choice is yours.

Time Cap: 18 minutes

Accessory: Accumulate 30 Ring Dips
