WOD: Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 minutes of:
10 Kettlebell Swings (55, 35)
10 Pull-ups

Lift: Back Squat: 10-2-10-2 reps

Record your heaviest set of 10 and heaviest set of 2.

toetobarHaving trouble with Toe to Bar? Think about driving your knees towards your chest, then flicking your feet to the bar.  Press down and pull back on the bar as you drive your knees up.
