Skill: 15 minutes to work up to a heavy set of 2 Hang Power Snatch

WOD: “Tabtata Mash-up”

20 Seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest, alternating between Wall Balls and Double Unders.  You will complete 16 total intervals of work.
Wall Ball (20, 14)
Double Under

Score is highest round of Wall Balls and Highest round of double unders, combined.

Remember only 4:30, 5:30 and 6:30pm classes tomorrow with Lincoln.

Saturday Olympic Lifting at 11:30 only.
