21-15-9 Deadlifts (275, 185)

9-7-5 Muscle-ups

Muscle up sub: 1:1 Jumping, or 2:1 Transitions

Accessory: 3×15 Hip Extensions

3×15 Butterfly Abmat Sit-ups
