WOD:

Group 1: Hatch Cycle: Week 3 Day 2
Back Squat: 1×10 @ 60%, 1×10 @ 65%, 1×8 @ 70%, 1×8 @ 75%
Front Squat: 1×5 @ 60%, 1×5 @65%, 2×5 @ 70%

Group 2:
Push Press: 5-5-5 reps
Front Squat: 5-5-5 reps

Accessory: Accumulate 25 Wall Walks  and
25 Ring Rows
(partition as needed)
