Yoga Tune Up mobility training uses physical therapy principles and pieces of Yoga postures to increase range of movement and joint stability while creating move length in resting muscle tissue. This workshop is designed to improve your biomechanics with CrossFit related techniques and provide a deep, myofascial release which will decongest joints and all associated connective tissues. A new kind of hurts-so-good!
No Yoga experience necessary. Students of all levels are welcome!
