WOD: Hatch Cycle: Week 4 Day 1

Group 1: 
Back Squat: 1×8 @ 65%, 1×8 @ 70%, 1×6 @ 80%, 1×6 @ 85%
Front Squat: 1×5 @ 70%, 1×5 @75%, 1×5 @ 80% 1×5 @ 85%

Group 2: 
Should Press: 3-3-3 reps
Back Squat: 3-3-3 reps

Accessory: 3×12 Front Rack Barbell Walking Lunge
