WOD: Hatch week 5, Day 2

Group 1:

Back Squat: 1×6 @ 65%, 1×6 @ 75%, 2×6 @ 80%
Front Squat: 1×5@ 60, 1×5 @ 65%, 2×5 @ 70%

Group 2:

Shoulder Press: 5-3-3 reps
Back Squat: 5-3-3 reps

Accessory: 3×12 Heavy Good mornings
