Speaking of getting after it….check out one of my good friends, Camille Leblanc-Bazinet doing some Hang POWER snatches at 160×5. Ladies and gentleman, this lovely lady weighs all of 132lbs. Notice how she she shifts her weight back into her heels when she set-ups for each rep. She also has a beautiful turn over; no pressing out.
