WOD: Hatch Week 8, Day 1

Group 1:

Back Squat: 1×5 @ 65%, 1×5 @ 70%, 1×5 @ 75%, 1×5 @ 80%,

Front Squat: 1×5 @ 60%, 3×5 @ 65%

Group 2:

Push Press: 5-5-5 reps
Back Squat: 3-3-3 reps

ACCESSORY: 3×10 Single Leg Dumbbell Romanian Deadlift
