WOD: Hatch Week 8, Day 2

Group 1:

Back Squat: 2×5 @ 65%, 3×5 @ 70%

Front Squat: 4×5 @ 60%

Group 2:

Back Squat: 5-5-5 reps
Front Squat: 3-3-3 reps

Accessory: 

Accumulate 3 minutes holding heavy Kettlebells

3×10 Diamond Push-ups

yoga tune up
