Workout: Hatch Week 9, Day 2

Group 1:

Back Squat: 1×5@ 65%, 3×5 @ 75%

Front Squat: 4×5 @ 65%

Group 2:

Back Squat: 5-5-5 reps
Front Squat: 2-2-2 reps

Accessory: 3×10 Ring Dips
3×10 Ring Rows
