WOD: Hatch Cycle Week 10, Day 1

Group 1:

Back Squat:

1×5 @ 60%, 1×5 @ 65%, 1×5 @ 70%, 1×5 @ 75%

Front Squat:

1×5 @ 60%, 1×5 @ 65%, 2×5 @ 70%

Group 2:

Push Press: 5-5-5 reps
Front Squat: 3-3-3 reps

ACCESSORY: 3×12 Goodmornings
