WOD: Hatch Cycle, Week 10, Day 2

Group 1:

Back Squat: 1×5 @ 60%, 1×5 @ 65%, 1×5 @ 70%, 1×5 @ 75%

Front Squat: 1×5 @ 60%, 1×5 @ 65%, 2×5 @ 70%

Group 2:

Shoulder Press: 3-3-3 reps
Back Squat: 5-5-5 reps

Accessory: 3×12 Dumbell Step-ups
