Workout: Hatch, Week 11, Day 1

Group 1:
Back Squat: 1×5 @ 60%, 1×3 @ 70%, 1×2 @ 80%, 1×2 @ 90%, 1×1@ 95%, 1×1 @ 103%

Front Squat: 1×5 @ 60%, 1×5 @ 70%, 2×5 @ 75%

Group 2:
Overhead Squat: 5-5-5 reps
Front Squat: 3-3-3 reps

Accessory: 3×12 Bulgarian Split Squats  (use dumbells)

j-nawd-sean-musclevilleIt was so great to have my friend Jason Khalipa come into town this weekend for the Level 1 at our gym.  For those of you that don’t know Jason, he won the 2009 CrossFit Games and placed 2nd this year.  He is known for his insane work capacity.  He does more in one day than most of us do in 2-3 weeks (I’m serious).  Jason put us through some pretty crazy stuff Friday, Saturday AND Sunday.  You might just see a few of the workouts we did appear in the next few weeks at CFBT!
