WOD: Hatch week 11, Day 2

Group 1:

Back Squat: 1×5 @ 60%, 1×5 @ 65%, 2×5 @ 70%

Front Squat: 1×5 @ 60%, 1×7 @ 70%, 1×5 @ 75%, 1×5 @ 80%

Group 2:

Push Press: 2-2-2 reps

Back Squat: 3-3-3 reps

Accessory: Accumulate 30 strict Pull-Ups and 30 strict Ring Dips
