WOD: Hatch Week 12, Day 1

Group 1:

Back Squat: 1×5 @ 60%, 1×5 @ 70%, 2×5@ 75%,

Front Squat: 1×5 @ 65%, 1×5 @ 70%, 1×5 @ 75%

Group 2:

Back Squat: 5-5-5 reps

Front Squat: 3-3-3 reps

Accessory:¬†3×12 Dumbell Step-ups
