This workshop is designed to improve the biomechanics and end range of your squats, then dive into a deep myo-fascial massage for your hips, legs and feet for a new awareness of your “squat muscles” and lasting relief! Yoga Tune Up mobility training uses physical therapy principles and pieces of Yoga posture to increase your range of movement and joint stability.
Students of all levels are welcome!
