I am a proud veteran who had the honor and privilege of serving over 10 years as a US Army Infantryman.
I am happily married and have two rough and charming little boys. My wife and I love CrossFitting, snowboarding, camping, spending time with our family and watching our boys experience life to the fullest.
CrossFit pushes my limits and challenges me to work harder every day. It motivates me, empowers me and has taught me that I can do more than I ever dreamed possible.
My mission as a coach is to help athletes reach their health and fitness goals and realize their true potential. I strongly believe in CrossFit’s methodologies as it has become a huge part of my everyday life.
I want athletes to understand and practice the knowledge to move correctly, eat right and inevitably reap the benefits of elite fitness.
