Remember we are testing some benchmarks this week after our Hatch Cycle.  Please bring your old Filthy Fifty Time from September 27th and let your coach know if you PR!  If you are traveling this week, don’t worry you can make up these workouts on Test a Benchmark Day.

WOD: ‘Filthy Fifty’

Complete the following for time:

50 Box Jumps (24,20)

50 Jumping Pull-Ups

50 Kettlebell Swings (35)

50 Step Walking Lunges

50 Knee to Elbow

50 Push Press (45)

50 Back Extensions

50 Wall Balls (20,14)

50 Burpees

50 Double Unders

Time Cap: 35 minutes
