It’s that time again! The Open is getting close; so lets test the first workout from last year.
Workout: CrossFit Open Workout 13.1
Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 17 minutes of:
30 Snatches (75, 45)
30 Snatches (135, 75)
30 Snatches (165, 100)
Snatch, as many reps as possible (210, 120)
Score is total reps. Burpee standard is a 6″ reach with both hands overhead.
Accessory: Tabata Overhead Hold (plate or Barbell)
