Three rounds of:

Wall-ball  (20, 14)
Sumo Deadlift High-pull (75 ,55)
Box Jump, 20″ box
Push-press (75,55)
Row  for Calories
Rest 1 minute

1 minute per station, clock does not stop. 1 point per rep or calorie.




Saturday, February 1st Classes

9:30 and 10:30am  BootCamp & CrossFit Classes

will be held at Olympic Sculpture Park

(Enter at Western and Broad)

(CrossFit Basic athletes are welcome to attend either class)

There will be NO Bootcamp @ 8:30am -or- Olympic Lifting  @ 11:30
