Workout: Front Squat 3-3-3-3-3 reps

Accessory: 3×15 Dumbbell step ups



Mel sporting a 14.4 score of 142 after only having gotten her first toe-to-bar a week ago. So when 14.4 pushed her to do 49 more, Mel pushed back! Moral of the story: Don’t limit your challenges. Instead, challenge your limits.
