Workout: For time:
Two rounds:
Sandbag 200 meter Run
20 Ledge Jumps
Two rounds:
Run 200 meter without sandbag
20 meter Handstand Walk
Two rounds:
Sandbag 200 meter Run
10 Left Leg Burpees
10 Right Leg Burpees

Accessory: Shuttle Sprints


Please Meet at Olympic Sculpture Park

9:30 and 10:30am CrossFit Classes only

Enter at Western and Broad.

 (CrossFit Basic athletes are welcome to attend either class)

There will be NO Bootcamp @ 8:30am

and NO Olympic Lifting  @ 11:30am
