Workout: Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
400 meter Run
25 Burpees

Accessory: Accumulate 3 minutes in a Plank Hold


BootCamp is cancelled tonight at 6:30pm

(All Basics Members are welcome to attend any regular scheduled CrossFit class today)

Please register as normal
