As many of you probably know, earlier this summer CrossFit Belltown became an official USAW weightlifting club! As we work to make this a larger part of what we do here at CFBT, we will now be adding Weightlifting Club sessions to our weekly schedule of classes! Taking the place of our Olympic Lifting classes (but still coached by veteran Lincoln Brigham), Weightlifting Club will meet Mondays from 4:30pm-6:30pm, Thursdays from 7:30pm-8:30pm, and most Saturdays from 11:30am-12:30pm.
Please note that with our recent change in membership options, access to Weightlifting Club is only included in our Gold Monthly Unlimited membership and our Weightlifting Club membership. If you do not hold one of these membership types, but still wish to attend Weightlifting Club, you may purchase single class drop-in’s for $25/session.
