Always looking to improve and as hardworking as they come, you can safely expect to see Chris in any and all of our classes here at CFBT, whether it’s CrossFit for the daily WOD, open gym for some extra accessory work, weightlifting club to keep his Olympic lifts sharp, or gymnastics to fine-tune his skills on the rings and the bar. Our goal here at CrossFit Belltown is help our athletes become more well-rounded and better prepared for life’s unknowables, and we can think of few people who have embraced that mindset more fully than Chris!
