Interested in getting that muscle up? The gymnastics class focuses on building strength by utilizing the same kind of training techniques used by gymnasts. In class you will be challenged by a wide variety of exercises such as support holds, ring pushups, front/back levers, all varieties of muscle ups, and much more. Of course, like Crossfit, all exercises are scalable. So if you don’t have your handstand pushups or muscle up yet, don’t worry, gymnastics class is a great way to achieve those goals.
