The CrossFit Level 1 is just the tip of the iceberg. Our CrossFit Trainers all possess CrossFit Level 2 Certificates or higher, as well as certified training in a wide variety of other sports such as Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, Rowing, Gymnastics, and more. Our owner, head coach, and chief programmer Nadia is one of fewer than 100 Certified CrossFit Level 4 Coaches – CrossFit’s highest training credential that demands years of coaching in a group setting to be considered for evaluation. At CrossFit Belltown, our primary focus is educating our athletes on correct movement patterns to ensure a workout experience that is not only effective, but safe. From introductory classes focused exclusively on the nine foundational movements of CrossFit, to trainer-led group movement progressions before every workout, we make it our first priority to prevent injury in our athletes.
