In teams of two, with one person working at a time (except for the run-portion where both team-members run together), perform the following:

400m Run with Medball (20#, 14# -only one person from each team will run with a ball)
50 Medcine Ball Cleans (20#, 14#)
50 Burpee Box Jumps (24″, 20′)
50 Toes to Bar
200 ft. partner wheelbarrow walk
50 Toes to BAr
50 Burpee Box Jumps (24″, 20′)
50 Medcine Ball Cleans (20#, 14#)
400m Run with Medball (20#, 14# -only one person from each team will run with a ball)
